Stolen Truck Recovered in Merrivale

Earlier this afternoon, at around 4pm, Mi7 National Group received reports of a truck reported stolen flagged by a Sniper Automatic Number Plate Recognition camera in the Merrivale area.
Mi7 Armed Response units were immediately dispatched and spotted the vehicle on the N3. Reaction Officers followed the vehicle until it was pulled over at the Hilton offramp where police were waiting.
The vehicle was impounded and further investigations are continuing.
